The winery and viticulture teams are now fully immersed in the 2017 vintage. A mild summer has meant that we're almost three weeks later than the frenetic pace of the 2016 vintage.
White varieties (particularly Chardonnay) are looking excellent with fine, elegant natural acid.
Some components of our Rosé wines have made their way into the winery. These components have spent the briefest amount of time on skins to ensure that the colour is pale pink and the wines are delicate and balanced.
The majority of our reds are still ripening on the vine and because of this, we're hoping that any additional rain can hold off until after harvest.
