Five of Australia’s best chefs prepare a course each, matched with the finest wines to present a spectacular five-course degustation. The Starlight Children's Foundation  Five Chefs Dinners are designed to be the quintessential dining experience, created to raise much-needed funds to support the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

The Starlight Five Chefs Dinner sets itself apart from other charity dinners because almost every element of the dinner is donated. This includes food and wine, the venue, entertainment and every auction item. This ensures nearly every dollar raised goes directly to supporting Starlight Programs.

Deep Woods Estate was proud to be an official Wine Sponsor for the 2018 dinner in Perth which was held on 9 August at the Pan Pacific Hotel. The evening raised enough funds to deliver the Starlight Perth hospital program for 3 and half months and grant 21 life-changing Starlight wishes. The 2017 dinner raised more than $500,000 for seriously ill kids and teens which was enough to fund the Starlight Express Room and Livewire adolescent space at Princess Margaret Hospital for five months.
